I am 15 and hurt my knee rather severely a few weeks ago. I'm allowed to start exercising again when summer starts, but I've gained weight and loss muscle density because my body was used to running everyday.
Is there a good website that will set up an exercise plan for me/help me set on up? I'm looking to increase muscle density and appearance and lose fat.
