I want to do OSI once I get in the Air Force, but as a criminal investigator, not as counter-intel. I plan on double-majoring in criminology and social psychology (or just normal psych) through AFROTC and then getting some experience as an Intel officer. Anyhow, do incoming special agents get a choice between criminal investigations and counter-intel? Or are agents assigned to their posts based on backgrounds?
