Ok so.. i would like to get in better shape for summer but i really am not an athletic person.. i dont like excersiing.. i dont like running or riding bikes or mountain climbing or anything... i do like swimming but our gyms costs way too much and we have no pool
So anyways.. what is a good routine for people like me? : ))) Im 20.. im not overweight im 5'1 and about 105ish pounds last time i checked.. i just want to be in better shape....
