I would like to know what a good vehicle for a teenager is? A reliable and cheap one. Not a car...Something like a truck or explorer or jeep?

get something big heavy and cheap because your teenager is going to crash it and a massive vehicle will provide better protection. Make sure they always wear their seatbelt.
