What is a good Tmobile or AT&T phone that is NOT touchscreen and has a keyboard?

I'm going to get a phone and i want one that AT&T or Tmobile. And i dont want a touchscreen phone cause i already have a Ipod Touch. I basically just want a phone from those two brands that aren't touch sceen and DO have a KEYBOARD. thanks
