What is a good text to read for information about the Buddha's idea of impermanence

and non-duality? I am writing a paper comparing the Buddha with Heraclitus, especially regarding the notions of impermanence and non-dualism. I have found information about Heraclitus, but there are so many different schools of Buddhism that I keep getting lost. I mainly want to focus on Buddha, not Buddhism in general. My thesis is basically that contrary to some accounts, Heraclitus was not a material monist, and that his statement that fire was the ultimate reality was actually an assertion of the philosophical conclusion that he shared with the Buddha -that suffering is caused by ignorance of the impermanence and non-duality of the world.

Can anyone suggest some articles or books that will give me some support for Buddha's views on impermanence and non-duality?
