I'm buying a small business in NM. The owner and I are both comfortable making the transaction without using a lawyer. I would like any recommendations about sources for "boiler plate" legal documents that we can use, at least as a framework to draft our own purchase agreement. I've heard of NoLo Press, but I believe there may be others.
