i am lookin to get a new road bike. im upgrading from a schwinn supersport flatbar road bike and im loking to get a new one for about 1000-1500 dollars. what should i get? i was looking at a specialized secteur or a specialized allez. it needs to be light cause i plan on racing it during the season. i would like it to have carbon forks and seatstays. also preferrably shimano hardware. any suggestions? advise? i have raced on the schwinn supersport before and i placed pretty high so i figure that i could probably win with a lighter, more aerodynamic bike.
