What is a good restaurant to pay for 15 people in South Florida?

My birthday is coming up. My mom wants to go out for dinner and an estimate of 15 people are going. What is a good restaurant that won't be so expensive for my mom? I don't want her to spend more than $250. I like all types of food. I rather American (steak), Mexican/Spanish, or Italian.
