what is a good ps3 game that has outstanding graphics?

Out of the games I've seen/played, the following stand out due to their graphics: FIFA 09, Ratchet & Clank: Tools of Destruction and Star Wars: The Force Unleashed.

ive played eternal sonata and i thought it had phenomenal colors. so what other games are there that can amaze me? oh ps, the games have good too, not just a piece of junk that "looks" good.
 
I watched some Prince of Perisa videos and the art style to me is quite beatiful and im sure the gameplay will be exceptional as well.

The other day i played the Mirror's Edge demo and was blown away. basically is a blend between parkour (google/youtubeit) and combat along with optional gun/shooting. You can run up, along walls and rooftops.

Those are easily the best looking games on the Playstation 3, and all are excellent games if they suit your gaming needs.
