What is a good program for remixing music?

Theres this funny saying on youtube that goes "I dont speek alot english, but i sell chicken veddy niceee" I dont know if youve heard of mychonny, anyway

I wanna put that into like a remix whats a good (easy for beginners) program to remix music/sounds (whatever you wanna call it)

For this i think you should need some good music company or the music promoters... they can help you the best to teach you the remix lesion.
