What is a good price on a used 2008 Dodge Avenger?

I am looking to purchase a 2008 Avenger with 10,000-20,000 kms--the dealers starting price is "just under $18,000"--What is a reasonable/good price for this car? What have others paid in Canada?
10,000kms=approx. 4,500 miles
