i am doing my final project for school and it is a book of the photos ive done this quarter in class. i wanted to put a little poem in the front of the book about photography or photographers but i cant seem to find any and the ones ive found (which aren't many) don't really work
most of the photos ive done this quarter are like fashion portraits... but that doesn't really matter if anyone knows any good poems about photography just let me know and i can decide if it will work or not. i just really want something to put in the front of the book

Well, I used to write poetry, and I did two on a photographer;

"Streak of denim, whisper of leather.
Mechanical click, a small hasty, “bugger”
The glide of film retreating back into it’s shell, a small click
She’s noticed this all, and yet, does not mind
Take one more roll into the ice.
The sun bouncing off the purple shade,
A flash of metal.
They were strangers not five seconds before,
His eyes so calculating.
And though what he did was intimate,
They parted ways,
With only the memory and a picture,
His face superimposed"

"A head turn,
A small gesture leaves them blank,
Though still in sight.
A brief sound
Hidden in the dark
Brought to a flash of light
Drowned in foul smelling liquid,
Copied onto a rustle of white.

The end of the End"

Yeah, they aren't fantastic and more open word than rhythm driven, but it's something. Eh, I wrote these when I was 13-14.
