What is a 'GOOD' monthly lease payment (in OCT 09) for a 2009 Honda Accord?

Dealers are aggressively pushing LEASE deals on the '09 models. Where should the 'nothing down' monthly payment be..?????
(they are 'forgiving' 3 months lease payments left on a my 07 Accord I am trading in~~)
