I am looking to purchase my first bicycle in a long time. I have used mountain bikes before and I am not a fan. I need a bike for riding to school as well as for leisure riding and I would eventually like to do some cross-country riding for fun. I was looking at a online shop called 'Bicycles Inc' and read some of the things about the differences between the various bike types (mountain, road, hybrid, classic or casual I think) and it sounds like a hybrid bike has the features that I really want (comfort, speed, drive-ablitiy on roads and sides walks and such.) So I am just wondering what everyone recommends. I am looking for something that is maybe a little more than 300 but certainly less than 300.
What is a good hybrid bicycle for 300 dollars or less?
