what is a good homemade Superhero costume idea for a church camp, and how do i make it?

like i said it's for a CHURCH camp so it needs to be appropriate. It can be any thing as long as it's a superhero. It can be made up or a real superhero, but i need to be able to make it at home. I'm a girl, but i don't care if the costume is a female, or male superhero. Any help given will be appreciated. Thanks
