Im getting ready to start getting into the gym forreal. I life weights at home from time to time but nothing like i am getting ready to do.
Im an athletic type and i stay active by playing basketball at the park so im no slouch, just trying to get back i shape.
So my question is..What is a good workout routine? arms/shoulders monday then legs on tuesday? Cardio on wendsday?
Or if you like you can let me know what your workout routine at the gym is like?
Im just trying to start and come up with my own routine. Just need ideas and guidence. Thanks.
