When i had my pc i used PSP, but im not sure if my PSP is compatible with my mac. Anyways i would like to make banners, icons, graphics, brushes, stuff like that, what is a good program for my mac? I dont want to spend like 300 dollars either. Is the new Photoshop Elements ok? and does it do things like i said?
Banners like the one below is really what i would prefer the program to be able to do.
