What is a good Fantasy book to read?

I work as a security guard, so I read a lot to keep awake. I have been reading a lot of vampire books lately and wold really like more, but I'm running out of recommendations.

Among the books I have enjoyed are Eragon, Twilight, Sookie Stackhouse, House of Night, Vampire Academy.
