What is a good exercise program for me to go on?

Hil. I am 23 years old and a male. I currently weigh 160 lbs. I have a job monday through friday in which I walk for 8 hours Monday through Friday.That walking is my only exercise. I stretch my legs and arms before I go to work. I would like to go on a exercise program preferably one I can do from comfort of my own living room. But when I get off of work my ankles hurt really bad and hurt for about an hour when I wake up then the pain goes away about 2 hours before I go to work. ( I work 2nd shift.) Is there any exercise program I can start that doesn't evolve alot of money and that I can start asap?
