you know the EO/diversity question you always get asked in interview 'why is diversity important in an org such as this?' or 'what does Equal Opps mean to you?' sort of questions - well what is the perfect response, how best to answer this questions without looking ignorant, patronising, or unsure? My answers usually come out quite waffly and so do answers of people I interview. What exactly do interviewers want to hear when they ask this question???
