what is a good doctor to goto for back pain in cape cod area?

i have very severe lower back pain but i am only 23 years old so most doctors i have seen wont prescribe me any pain medication if anyone knows of any doctors in the cape cod area or new bedford area that are not hard to get prescriptions from that would be a great help thank you for your time and answers if i receive any
