What is a good diet and exercise routine for me?

I am a teenager, i'm 5'6, i weigh 60kg. and would like to lose the round stomach and work on my arms and thighs.
i eat really healthy. i don't have any sugar (apart from a glass of juice a day). and i do 15mins of running and then 15 minutes of fast walking 4 times a week and martial arts for 1 hour twice a week.
please help me...
