what is a good diet and exercise plan for me wanting to get into mma like i want to know whats good whats bad what to avoid and stuff like that i just want a good routine to have more energy maybe work up the muscles, cardio,and speed while I'm almost 6'0 14 years old 222 weight and I'm going to try to get into boxing and wrestling so i need the exercise and diet to fit in there and I'm in Michigan so i don't have very many erotic fruits or veggies here,
