What is a good curfew for a 13 year old with a bike.?

Hi i live in markham which is 1 of the pusiest towns clost to tornto and i live in a new neiborhood wich is good and has alot of new familys and ther is no drug dealing or gang violence and i no most ppl in the neiborhood. my paernts say i have to come home at 9 but i disagrre i think i shoud com home at maybe 9 30. and i have a bike so i can get home prttey fast and tstarts to get dark befor nine now so they tell me to com hom at earlier times. and i just go and hang out with my friends wich most of them are older. what do yuo thin k is a good curfew and what time i should come home at
