What is a good cell phone to buy from T-Mobile that will also access the internet?

Hi,
I want to upgrade my cell phone. I have service with T-Mobile. I want a cell phone that will access the internet also, but I can't afford their "Smart Phone" plans. So I don't want to get a phone that will cost me a lot monthly. Any suggestions on a phone with good internet access?
