I have access to a fitness center. While it is not consistent access, it will be available in our vacation home development. I would like to utilize it as best as possible. Which machines should I use? How long should I use any one machine? I hope this question is making sense. LOL
If three 30-minute cardio sessions are necessary for good results, should I split the 30 minutes between 2 or 3 machines (elliptical, treadmill, stairmaster, etc.)?
