My Art 3 class and I just finished a project with Sketch & Wash graphite watercolor pencils. It was a different experience, and I liked how it worked.
I want to try using watercolor pencils. What brands are the best for it? I like intense colors, but I also want to be able to move the lead in fluid motions so it doesn't look sketchy.
I was thinking of trying Prismacolor Watercolor Pencils, but only because I have seen their brand while shopping for Basics Acrylic Paint. What do you think of Prismacolor Watercolor Pencils?
Also, in my Art class we staple our paper to plywood so it doesn't buckle while painting. Is there anything else we can use?
