What is a good book to learn how to draw manga?

I'm talking about how to draw the head, hair, body, hands, feet, etc. Also the manga must be good and well drawn. What is a good book that teaches all of that?

"Draw Manga" by Sweatshop Studios
"Kids Draw Manga" by Christopher Hart
"Monster Book of Manga: Draw Like the Experts" by Estudio Juso and Fernando Casaus
