What is a good book of poetry to read to my daughter before she goes to bed?

I'm looking for some good poems that I can read aloud while my daughter drifts off to sleep. I have tons of picture books that we read together, however, I am looking create images with words now. Any ideas?

I tried Shel Silverstein and I just don't like them, something a little more flowing and beautiful.
