I recently purchased a box full of stamps. Most are in real good condtion. there was a stamp collecting book in the box, looking up some of the stamps in the book , some stamps go back to 1926. There is even a stamp in the box, that looks llike a tax stamp from a deck of playing cards that has something about the Internal Revenue Service on it. Some stamps are from Russia, Canada , Phillipines and some other countries.A lot of these are from the 1930's Where would a good place be to sell these? Any and all help appreciated. Thanks

Get a copy of Scott's Pricing book for stamp collectors. I can't remember the exact name but call any store in your area that handles stamps or coins and they will probably have them on hand. You can also google for stamp collectors reference books.
Just because the stamps are that old doesn't mean they are worth much more then a few cents. Are they used or new stamps(called mint)? Mint are worth more then used ones usually. If they have been just pulled off of envelopes instead of soaking them to remove them then they are called scalped and aren't worth anything because part of the paper backing is ripped off.
There were millions of stamps made each year and the ones that are usually worth more are the ones that have mistakes on them, like a wrong color, the main object on the stamp being upside down or in the wrong position. You might have some that have value as some people collect tax stamps instead of postage stamps, but with what you have listed I really doubt it. It's a great hobby to have and just learning about the world and where the stamps came from can teach you a lot. I know it helped me and gave me a lot of enjoyment.
