Any of the bikes from the local bike shop will do. Fit is the most important thing when ridding a bike. Stay away from Walmart and other department store bikes, they are made as cheaply as possible.
You don't have much money to spend so I would check out a local bike shop like the other person said or I would even go to a Dicks_Sporting_Goods or if you have a Sun and Ski Sports near you check them out.
