I have a 94 Pontiac Firebird with 191323 miles on it. It has MANY options but I am not sure what is best to ask for a price. With Ponitiac not being made any longer I''m not sure if it will be a collectors item or if I should just sell it.
I went to the Kelley Blue Book but I am honestly not sure if I am understanding exactly what I should do to determine a price. I contacted a local used car lot and he said ask $5000. Thinking that was too high I contacted another lot who said $2200 is reasonable since it has some body rust and needs a stereo, has the t tops, cruise, low profile tires and new exhaust but it does run extrememly well. What would be a good way to ask for a reasonable price and also know that I am not being taken advantage of since I am a woman?
