...call usning my cellphone or landli? Im with a service called Startec to make international calls. I call the Philippines often. I use mostly my landline to place call, but sometimes my cellphone. I wanted to know is anyone knows a good international calling service like that with no hidden fees? I pay 17 cent per min with startec.
