can someone explain what a "garnishment of other than personal earnings" means? I have been all over the web with no luck, what are they looking for, what can they take and can they just take something... believe me my car is not worth much and that's about all i have of value... not to mention I dont even know who this bank is that sent this?? I don't do any business with banks, no checking or savings accounts.. what are they legally allowed to take???
