Ok, I love to draw anime with detail (like shading and stuff =D). I use MS Paint but everytime I save it and go back to it again, it's sorta blurry and if I want to the change the color it's just... looks wrong. I want a more professional software. But, I don't want one of those software that you use and you dont even know what your dealing with. Please, help me. 10 points? I'll do anything to get a better art software!!!! Please gimme a software that you reccomend!!!
