what is a 'digital servo converter' and a 'bluetooth serial adapter' ?

I want to make a RC Car that controlled by my pc. (with a bluetoot dongle) then I searched how to Create that. Then to create it,I need a ''DIGITAL SERVO CONVERTER'' & ''BLUETOOTH SERIAL ADAPTER'' Because of that I need to know what it is? please help me???!!!!
