What is a decent stationary bike speed?

I am currently cross-training due to an injury. I don't know much about biking, and so I was hoping someone could let me know what was good for speed and distance. I would prefer data for fairly seasoned athletes, as I am not a beginner (though I am a newcomer to biking)

There is no real answer the speed on a stationary bike is meaningless. Start with an easy 10 min warm up and then start pedaling at 70-90 rpm's with just enough resistance to get your heart rate to 85% of your max. You want to work out about a hour for best results. If you can maintain a certain speed that is your goal for now. It will change as you train more and get stronger.
