Unemployment, taxes, the economy and this is both national and international. It is interesting if you work, don't work, want to work, pay taxes, buy groceries or just live.
The middle eastern protests, wars. They say they are because the people want democracy. This is all leading up to a Caliphate, one leader for the entire region, but first they have to get rid of all the leaders that have been there for years.
Also the world economic crises. It will get worse.
