I've heard from a family member Sony is great and Lg is what I've read to be the best around. However a very good friend of mine who is an english teacher, ex electrician/installer person thing (lol), said that brands like sanyo have been around a very long time and are actually quite reliable. He has had his for six years without any problems with the Tv itself, just the accessories such as the receiver and maybe two other things. SO. Any thoughts?
