I'm 5' 1 1/2" - 5'2". I tried both the Specialized Myka HT 2009 and the Raleigh Eva 4.0 and I liked them both. I think they were the 15" frames or "small" frames. Which one is better to get? Or, are there other brands and models I should be looking at in this kind of price range $400-$500 (or cheaper
