i found this youtube video of a guy who has this mod on his jailbroken ipod, where he turns it on and its just a gackground with a custom clock and weather on the front. on the right hand side of the screen, there is a little arrow where if he swpies it, all the icons come out over that background with the clock/weather. i know how to get the theme, i just want to know how to get that arrow on the side to swipe my icons over the main screen. i dont know how else to describe it.
