I am asking for financial information from my private school which is a non-profit under 501(C)3.
They are making it very difficult to get this information and answer with words instead of information.
I have found their 2006 and 2007 990s on line. But that's all I can get.
When I asked for 1) 2008 tax returns, 2) outside audit results from last year 3) annual report 4) annual budget 5) financial plans.
Someone responded with "what do you have to present in terms of a letter of intent or any other relevant information which will clearly detail the ask and conditions? That is how business works after all."
What are they required to make public and do they have a time line to make that information available?
