What income is poor enough for college financial aid?

Hi, next year I'll be applying to Georgetown (my dream school), but i noticed that they dont give out any merit based scholarships except for sports (which dosent apply to me). However, Georgetown does offer financial aid. How poor does one have to be to qualify for financial aid?
 
i love this question...dont know why, just do.
I'm not poor - I'm po' and there's a difference! lol----you basically have to be broke, but still have SOME income coming in. And your parents are also taken into consideration.....so if the household income is low....that will help you A LOT.
