what improvments has honda made from the 2000 and 2009 honda accords?

i have a 2000 honda accord looking to buy a 2009 accord. my 2000 accord has been really really reliable, hardly causing me problems. what has honda done to improve throughout the years? (2000 and 2009)?
 
You're looking at some really really changes from 00 to 09. (I4 Engine)
Size: Mid Size ---> Full Size
Transmission: 4 sp auto ---> 5 sq auto
Engine: 2.3L ---> 2.4L
Horsepower: 135/150 hp ---> 177/190 hp
Assembled in: Japan ---> U.S.
Overall, the Accord is getting better expect they're assembled in the U.S now.
