What illness does my Betta Fish ?

I have had a female betta for two years and now all of a sudden sometimes my fish chaged colors form a pink with two black stripes and lavender fins. To a dark red or black with red fins. Now she has 3 white stripes by her gills. she has to scars on her gills from getting attacked by another fish. What illness does she have?

p.s she is not a fighting fish that is not the cause of her scared gills.

I meant lavender blue.
