I just wanted to double check.
- Hot/cool flushes
- Temperature of 39 degrees C
- Slight head ache
- Tiredness
- Runny/blocked nose
- Cough
I'm assuming its a fever? Should I keep cool or warm?
Right now my hands are freezing, but my head is boiling up! :S
