What illness do I have and should I take time off from the gym?

In the past few days, I have been feeling really sick. My stomach has hurt a ton, Ive been coughing up mucus, and my head has hurt. When I use the restroom, my stool is really bubbly and diarrhea like. When I went to the gym today because I didn't want to lose progress since Ive missed it the passed 3 days, I felt like I was going to puke after every exercise I did. What do I have? Also should I take a break from the gym? I dont want to lose any bigtime gains that I have been recently making.
