that they didn't see? In this case she is in another country so I know for a fact that they are not seeing each other, just emails and maybe chatting. The emails are very personal about our marriage.
I would say that is not okay. Something similar has happened to me before.. In my opinion, somebody can have just an emotional relationship rather than a sexual relationship. You need to let him know that you are NOT okay with this!
