He/ she, it, they, says there is no God, we are all alone to fix this mess.
God identifying himself as a separate being or presence that is simply unified to you when you meet this entity within point of your own dimensions if you would.
What if God looked at you and said, there is no one who is going to change the way things are, we have to do it for ourselves, there is no God, just us, we're alone.
This assumes God is a higher dimensional being, even if ultimately higher may come to us, and say, there is no God, it's just us...you and me...and ( other species if you believe in that sort of thing).
To be honest I'm not confused. God would be God, that doesn't mean he is some sort of God that we dream up. I'm sorry if people don't understand the question. Peace.
Micahael if God is a ET, and I'd call it a higher dimensional being rather than ET, then it's obvious that he/ she , it is just a more advanced being, that doesn't mean it's all powerful or some sort of god complex we dream up. Even if they model kit our reality in a computer , that doesn't mean God is the God we've dreamt up.
So easily offended are some of you. Think outside the box, use your brains, before calling some one else brain less. Use your imaginations. Peace, love, respect, don't have something nice to say, add, don't add anything.

I guess the issue here is how you all define your God(s) and I respect that. The question which seems to be hard to ask, answer is if God were just another life form, although very advanced, extremely advanced, yet connected to you , us.
And when presenting itself to us would tell us, we're on our own. I am your God , and we're on our own. Of course, the question comes up, of course, if there is a ultimately supreme being.
But, the question examines this slice, layer.
People aren't seeing outside the box.
Thank you all for your mature, and intelligent answers. But, the question is actually clear, it only appears to be nonsensical, contradictory and hard to understand. If I went your whole life telling you red was blue and blue as we know it in this reality showed up and claimed to be blue, it's sort of the same thing.
Take it further, even if it were a God as we expected and made this entire reality, there may be a reality outside of ours influencing this reality, perhaps in other dimensions or maybe even outside of all of this.
God could be just an advanced being, extremely to our sensations and intellect.
